Emergency Guidelines

In the event of an emergency, please contact the proper authorities and notify Dunton Commercial immediately. For more information regarding the West Point Emergency Plan please refer to the Emergency Handbook.

Evacuation Procedure

Should you be required to evacuate the premises in the event of an emergency, please ensure that you follow the correct procedures outlined in West Point's Evacuation Plan.

Designated Fire Wardens

All tenants must have a designated Fire Warden, who will be given additional information regarding the safety systems in the building. It is required that 1 Fire Warden is designated for every 20 employees. Fire Wardens will be provided with a red Fire Warden hat.

 

Please notify management if your Fire Warden is changed or if you have an impaired employee.

The building will conduct an annual Fire Warden class as well as an annual fire drill.
