Conference Room

West Point's new and vibrant Conference Room is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 51 people. Tenants can utilize an IdeaPaint® Whiteboard, a presentation podium, and a 75" flat screen TV that can be used to project from your computer. There is also a 12' counter-top that can be used by tenants for their conference.

The Conference Room can be reserved by Tenants for $25.00/hour. Please note that reservations are granted on a first come first serve basis. In order to submit a reservation request, please click below. If you are interested in reserving the Conference Room for a private party, then the Party Request form must also be completed.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
